Beta Invite: Missing Password?

I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes trying to come up with a clever story about what happened or what it could mean (invisible ink? top secret yadda yadda…)

But the fact is we hit “send” on tonight’s beta invite without actually including a password. I’m nearly certain this was Tom’s fault, but I don’t know. Maybe it was my fault. It’s best not to assign blame.  We’re going to do that engineering stuff that fixes problems and shortly we’ll resend you an email with a password. Hang tight.

From all of us here, sincere apologies. It will be cleared up as soon as possible.

On second thought, it probably was Tom’s fault… 🙂

POST SCRIPT: What will also work is that you can select FORGOT PASSWORD and it will void all prior passwords and send you a NEW password to use. Be careful because every time you request this it resets, so if you click it twice and then try the first email, not the second, it will appear not to work.  Trust me – this will work, so if it seems like it is not, take a few breaths, tell it you forgot the password (one more time, if you must), and carefully find the new latest email from us, and use that.

Ah! The login page does not seem to be working for me. The password sent did not work, nor did the new re-set password work. Can’t wait to use it!
